Strategic activation, stress-tested across models

PIVO is h2\'s augmented strategic activation device. Where DRIO problematises and structures the upstream, PIVO operates on the downstream side: it transforms already-structured analytical material (studies, client data, outputs from the DECODia modules) into projections, scenarios, recommendations and activable briefs. PIVO materialises the downstream face of Hyper Desk, the augmented desk capability that runs through the DECODia ecosystem.

Augmented strategic activation operates on the basis of already-consolidated analytical material: DRIO documentary panorama, BELA semiotic cartography, CLEA structured verbatims, consolidated quantitative results. PIVO orchestrates this material to produce the outputs the decision needs:

• Robust prospective scenarios, nourished by data and weak signals
• Hypotheses and concepts generated and tested by resonance with existing studies
• Activable briefs structured for innovation, communication, market activation
• Argued recommendations anchored in the analysed material and traced back to their sources

Benefit: collected and analysed material reaches its conclusion in operational strategic outputs, in methodological continuity with the DECODia system.

At the heart of PIVO, a device for inter-model deliberation. Each strategic claim (hypothesis, recommendation, orientation) is submitted to several independent LLMs that each produce an argued verdict: validation, qualification or refutation, with conditions of validity, counter-examples and identified blind spots. The verdicts are then subjected to cross-review along an explicit grid, then synthesised.

The synthesis does not reduce divergences to produce apparent consensus. It explicitly distinguishes:

• zones of consensus across models
• identified conditions of validity
• unresolved zones of divergence, preserved for human arbitration
• an arbitration proposal, formulated as an argued proposition and not as a decision

Benefit: a strategic intelligence stress-tested cross-referentially, where zones of uncertainty remain visible rather than flattened in the fluency of a single output.

PIVO does not produce recommendations to be implemented directly. It produces the best-instructed material possible so that a human decision-maker can arbitrate knowingly: sources mobilised, conditions of validity, zones of disagreement, options considered. The methodological signature is consistent with the Consumer in the Loop principle that founds CLEA, and more broadly with h2\'s posture: AI explores, structures, confronts; the human conceives, orients and decides.
