Three articulated layers

DECODia is neither a tool nor an interface. It is an intelligence-production framework that orchestrates AI within governed contexts, in service of analyses that can be directly mobilised. It is organised across three articulated layers: a foundation of technical capabilities, a method of orchestration, and operational modules that embody its value. All of this operates within Arcade, the system\'s unified working environment.

Technical capabilities

DECODia\'s technical foundation rests on a sovereign infrastructure, operated and controlled end-to-end. It brings together the building blocks required for a rigorous use of AI: multi-format ingestion, systematic metadata generation, integrated deep research, a secure environment, full data governance.

Benefit: quality, governance, and analytical depth across contexts that generalist interfaces cannot handle without methodological compromise.

Methodological capabilities

Beyond the technical foundation, DECODia implements a method of human–model orchestration: intentional context construction, prompt engineering, progressive alignment, expert supervision. This layer determines the actual value of the system.

The human pilots, adjusts, frames; the model explores, structures, amplifies. The process is systematic, never automatic. Each query reformulates the frame, each output reorients the analysis.

Benefit: a use of AI grounded in relevant, reliable, situated and usable analyses, calibrated to the demands of research and strategy.

Technical and methodological capabilities take shape in specialised modules. Each combines building blocks to address a specific business objective: analysing sign corpora, conducting qualitative fieldwork at scale, problematising a brief, orchestrating a strategic activation.

  • BELA — augmented semiotics, applied across multiple terrains (fragrance, social brand expression, broadcast content, video ethnography)
  • CLEA — conversational qualitative at scale, founded on the Consumer in the Loop principle
  • DRIO — augmented desk research, the upstream face of a Hyper Desk capability transverse to the production cycle
  • PIVO — augmented strategic activation, the downstream face of Hyper Desk, with a multi-model stress-test mechanism

These modules operate within Arcade, h2\'s AI-native and collaborative environment, which hosts both the analytical production of our teams and continuous client collaboration on strategic topics.

A BELA variant dedicated to landscapes of individual public discourse producers (content creators) is in development.
